Features
Everything the shop runs on.
Grouped by the jobs a shop does, not by our modules. Every item on this page is in the product today.
Orders and building
An order is one card: lines, the recipe behind each bouquet, what is on the shelf, what is paid.
-
Six stages, and the one thing to do nowRequest received, order created, payment, assembly, ready, delivery — the stage you are on is open with its action inside it, the ones behind are checked off, and the screen offers exactly one main button. On a phone that is one line and a bar; on a desk the whole ladder lies along the top with its dates.
-
Quotes that become ordersA wedding starts as a quote with an expiry date. Converting it deducts stock exactly once — never twice, never early.
-
Deposits and partial refundsTake a deposit for the event, record the balance, refund part of it — one payment ledger per order.
-
A shelf of built bouquetsBuild ahead for the morning rush: a line is covered from the shelf, and the shelf count always adds up.
-
A recipe to print, a card for the recipientThe florist prints the recipe — flowers and quantities, with cost only for roles that may see it; the recipient gets a card with the message and care notes — and none of the shop's numbers.
-
Search across the whole shopOne field finds an order, a customer, a product or an address.
The schedule and the peak days
February 14 and Mother's Day are won the week before. The schedule shows the load by zone and by window; the plan for a date says what to buy.
-
A calendar by delivery zoneDay, week, month or list — every order sits in its zone and its time window, so the morning starts with a picture, not a search.
-
Move an order by dragging itA customer asks for another day — drag the order to the new slot. The change shows in the order's timeline.
-
The plan for a datePick March 8: what to build, what stock and shelf are missing, and the shopping list that follows.
Stock and purchases
Cost is what you actually paid, weighted across purchases. That number is what the margin on every bouquet is built from.
-
A shop filled in one clickA starter catalog of materials, recipes and products with pictures. Cost is not invented — it arrives with your first purchase.
-
Supplier invoices imported, not typedCSV, XLSX or XLS from the wholesaler; the column profile is remembered per supplier, so the second invoice takes a minute.
-
A waste log that names the moneyThrown-away stems stop being invisible: every write-off carries its cost and lands in the margin you see.
Delivery
Zones, time windows, a courier who needs no app, and a photo at the door.
-
A link for the courierOne link opens the address, the window, the phone and the items — in any browser. Delivered means a photo at the door, attached to the order.
-
Orders by zone, one filterThe orders list filters by delivery zone, so the driver's run is one choice, not a search to remember.
-
Addresses that finish themselvesThe ZIP suggests the city from a US directory inside the app; the street field suggests the whole address through an address service that sees only the typed fragment, never a name or a phone.
-
Free delivery over an amount you setThe threshold lives in the zone: above it delivery is free, in the shop and on the storefront alike.
A storefront without commissions
A page under your shop's name where customers order. Requests land in your order list. No marketplace between you and the buyer, no cut of every sale.
-
Your bouquets, your prices, your nameProducts you mark appear with photo and price; the customer picks pickup or delivery and writes the card message.
-
Card payment into your own accountThe customer pays by card on your storefront and the money goes to YOUR Stripe account, not through us: we take no percentage and never hold it. The paid order appears in your list by itself, and a refund made in your Stripe dashboard is recorded in the order by itself.
Customers and their dates
The holiday rush starts with a list, not a guess.
-
Important dates, rememberedAn anniversary on the customer's card comes back every year in the Upcoming dates list before the day, not as a regret after.
-
Segments and the ones who stopped comingTags (VIP, wedding, corporate, wholesale) and automatic segments — new, top spenders, at risk, lapsed — so the customers who stopped ordering are one filter away.
Money and US sales tax
The margin of every bouquet is the number the shop lives on. Reports show it per bouquet, per day and per month, and the tax half is built for the return your accountant files.
-
Profit reports your accountant can openRevenue, cost, profit and waste by period. Every figure is a snapshot taken at the sale. CSV export on Pro.
-
Sales tax in any US stateYou enter your rates by ZIP, in any state; the shop's own state sets by default whether tax follows the delivery or the counter, and the four states without a sales tax are simply that. Exempt customers keep their certificate, and each order keeps the rate it was sold at.
-
What is taxed is your decisionA switch on the product takes it out of tax, and another says whether delivery is taxed — the two answers every state asks differently, and a discount splits across the lines in proportion.
-
A tax report shaped like the returnCollected tax by period, state and county apart, refunds as negative rows. Florida's rules are checked against the statute.
The shop assistant
Answers from your own data: what to buy, what to do today, what is unpaid, what the profit was.
-
Buttons on every plan, words on ProButton questions are computed here and included in every plan — the shop's data stays. Free-form questions are on Pro.
-
Every answer opens the rows it countedUnder the number is a link to those very orders, filtered the same way: an answer you can check, not believe.
The team
Florists edit, the accountant reads the numbers, and the journal says who changed what.
-
Three roles, invited by emailAdmin, florist, accountant (read-only). An invite is a link; a deactivated colleague is out of every session at once.
-
A journal of actionsWho marked the order paid, who changed the stock, who moved the status — with before and after.
-
Everyone works in their own languageEnglish, Spanish or Russian, chosen by each person — the same order reads in the language each colleague thinks in.
-
Telegram in one clickNew storefront requests and paid storefront orders reach the chat you choose — several, if the team is split.
See it with your own shop's numbers.
The trial is the full product: one click fills the shop with a starter catalog, the first purchase brings real costs, the first order shows its margin.
