Software for flower shops

Know your profit on every bouquet.

Peonix runs the whole shop from your phone — orders, recipes, stock, deliveries. The margin shows up the moment you build, not at the end of the month.

The day

The day, without the chaos

One morning view: what to build, what leaves when, and who takes it. The build queue knows when you're short on stems; every delivery closes with a photo at the door.

Under the hood

Everything the shop runs on.

  • Inventory that follows your purchases — costs stay honest, weighted by what you actually paid.
  • A waste log that names the money — thrown-away stems stop being invisible.
  • A shopping list built from tomorrow's orders — buy what the orders need, not what you fear running out of.
  • Customers, their dates, their taste — the holiday rush starts with a list, not a guess.
  • Profit reports your accountant can open — with CSV export on Pro.
  • Delivery zones, windows, photo proof — and a courier link that needs no app.
  • English, Spanish and Russian — the whole interface, switchable anytime.
  • Roles for the team — florists edit, the owner reads everything.

Questions florists ask

Short answers, no sales call.

How much does Peonix cost?

$29, $69 or $129 a month. The first 30 shops keep these founding prices for as long as they stay subscribed; after that, new shops pay $49, $89 or $149. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial — no credit card.

What do I need to run it?

A phone. Peonix is built phone-first — orders, the build queue and deliveries all work from your pocket. A laptop is optional, not required.

Does it work in Spanish or Russian?

Yes. The whole interface ships in English, Spanish and Russian, and you can switch languages at any moment — useful when the team speaks more than one.

How is Peonix different from other florist software?

Most florist systems are sold through demo calls and typically start around $100 a month. Peonix is self-serve: you sign up online, with no calls and no demos, and it is built around the number a flower shop actually runs on: the margin of each bouquet.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — online, in a couple of clicks, no calls. Your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your data exports to CSV whenever you want it.

Does my shop get a website?

On Pro and above your shop gets its own storefront page: customers browse your bouquets and send orders straight into your order list. There is no commission per order.

What happens right after I sign up?

You confirm your email, and then we open your shop by hand — Peonix is for working flower businesses, so a person reviews every application, usually the same business day. You get an email the moment your shop is open, and you walk straight in.

Who makes this

Peonix is built hands-on with a working flower shop. Every screen earned its place in a real morning rush — the build queue, the shelf of ready bouquets, the courier's photo at the door. It's made by a small team that answers email personally.
