How much does Peonix cost?
$29, $69 or $129 a month, billed monthly — no setup fee, no contract. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial and asks for no credit card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — online, in a couple of clicks, no calls. Your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your data downloads as spreadsheets whenever you want it.
What happens right after I sign up?
A person reviews the request — Peonix is for working flower businesses, so every application is read by a human, as soon as we can, and we may call the number you gave. You get an email the moment your shop is open, with the link that takes you in. It won't be empty: one button fills it with materials, recipes and products, with pictures — you just adjust them to your shop.
What is the assistant, is it finished, and does my data leave Peonix?
Button answers are computed on our own server and are included in every plan, trial included — your shop's data stays with us. Free-text questions come with Pro: they are processed by an external model, which is exactly why that half sits behind a plan. Both halves are in beta: the assistant does not answer everything yet and it can be wrong, so check a figure it gives you against the record it came from — every answer links to it.
